The tariff structure that Trump imposed is terrible policy if constraining China is a policy priority.

I know :). You've said this like 10 times already. Are you under the impression that I'm a big fan of trade wars? If you are let me unequivocally state that any time you engage in a "war" it's a lose-lose scenario.

However, once the fight is on you have to be the winner.
