Where Israel stands remains unclear
"Bibi" takes a page from "W's" book, and insists that Hamas is still hiding weapons, no matter how much hardware they surrender. You can't prove a negative, so Israel can continue to do as it pleases.
There must be a bill in Congress that is really important to "Bibi".

So, if "Bibi" makes a show of suddenly not being a genocidal maniac, maybe more Senators can be bought off to agree to give Israel an open door to all the US' top secred military research. Soon as he has it, he can repudiate the "deal", and go back to exterminating Pals.
