"Harris would have been worse."
it's great that the gop put some effort into ambiguous and unproveable conjecture towards their justifications.
the popular one this midterm seems 'vote like trump is on the ballot'.
if gop underperforms, does it mean gop voters did pretend, and disapproved of his performance?
or that trump was actually not on the ballot?
if gop outperforms, does it matter not that trump is actually on a ballot?
but the kicker is this.
unprovable ambiguity is wasted on gop voters because of the thousands of instances where conclusive facts don't matter.
see : affordability, peace, epstein impediments.
which is why 'biden's fault' works just as well as 'harris would have been worse'.
and why the world has accepted the harsh reality of a populace that voted trump in twice.
