Biden's Attorney General Merrick Garland had directed him to stop pursuing the death penalty."

The same Merrick Garland slow walked the investigation and prosecution of Donald Trump for any number of crimes- to the point that Trump will never be held to account.

The flaw of Merrick Garland, the Republican chosen by Biden in order to avoid the appearance of seeking “vengeance”….. is not that he is a Biden flak, but that he is spineless.
