The Philippines is dicey.

You build an ocean view property on AG zoned land, and following the rules you have a setback of say 200 feet, and there's a 40 meter salvage zone from the mean high tide that belongs to the government. Squatters build a concrete b lack hut in the middle, obscuring your view of the ocean. Now you are trying to get someone evicted from property you don't own because it obstructs your view.
