This was the second time that the DOJ violated Judge Cannon's order. When Jack Smith was subpoenaed to appear before one of the Republican's kangaroo court Congressional hearings, I don't remember if it was Jordan's or Comer's, the DOJ sent Smith a copy of volume 2. He returned it unread.

These two instances make me wonder if the DOJ is trying to entrap its targets.
