...if the SAVE act passes, the democrats are done.
YouTube: Elissa Slotkin addresses Indiana Democrats (Elissa Slotkin)The money bit:
The other thing that we blocked yesterday was the SAVE act, right? Which would literally allow this administration to rig our democracy so that it would be hard for any Democrat in any state to win any election.Interesting. Wonder why that is? I could be charitable and say that Slotkin is merely lying to the crowd, that she's trying to say that the Trump administration's SAVE act is some kind of nefarious power grab that unfairly targets democrat voters.
Of course, for that to be true one would need to believe that your average democrat
-Doesn't buy Sudafed
-Doesn't cash checks
-Doesn't fly
-Doesn't drive
-Doesn't apply for credit
-Doesn't buy guns
-Doesn't rent an apartment
-Doesn't enter 21+ establishments like bars
-Doesn't get married
-Doesn't apply for permits to hold a protest
-Doesn't adopt any pets
-Doesn't buy alcohol
-Doesn't pick up prescriptions
-Doesn't test drive cars
-Doesn't get a hotel room
-Doesn't buy a cell phone
-Doesn't donate blood
-Doesn't get health care
-Doesn't apply for government benefits, and
-Doesn't visit Obama's Klingon Prison library
...maybe we can be charitable and say that your average democrat literally doesn't participate in society. As in, at all.
Maybe.
Or we can go with the obvious: clean up the voters rolls and watch the democrat party slowly fade away into oblivion. I think Option B is closer to the truth. Perhaps what comes after today's democrats go the way of the Tories in the UK will be better - something saner, more moderate.
