We are still in hurricane season. Last night's weather report showed two storm systems that potentially could approach the "area of operations" off the Venezuelan coast. The official end of the season is November 30, but probabilities of a storm decline from now, until then. Saint Reagan invaded Grenada on October 25th.

Meanwhile, the US has ordered the US assets of Citgo Petroleum, a subsidiary of PDVSA, auctioned off to satisfy claims by USian companies, including Conoco Phillips, for expropriated properties and unpaid debts.

The court overseeing the auction, has postponed a decision on the winner of the auction to October 28, which puts the decision into Roosevelt Corollary season.
