I wonder if it might be worth selling* more Intel now (or soon)? In general, over the last decade or so, Intel has not been known for smoothly executing on their plans.INTC has momentum. It is up:

All that means that the market in general wants to buy INTC. You as an investor can't know and don't need to care WHY they want to buy it.
Just the fact that people are buying it up and up and up is an indication that it is something to buy.
You don't have any information that the other market participants have. So why would you think that you are right and the market is wrong? Why would you not want to own a stock that people are buying heavily -- and have been buying it heavily for a long time?
