With the MAGA wave in 2016, a temporary but huge blow was dealt to the Establishment and NeoCon Republicans. The Google Jockey Republicans. Etc.
I thought between that and his bad performance Marco Rubio who at one time had great promise - was toast vis a vis Presidential future.
And while NOBODY knows if this term will be popular or a quagmire, Secretary Rubio is now back in play and I feel he's cunning enough to play his hand right.
He's already a darling of the Establishment, and the Israeli Mule Warmonger NeoCons. And I think they understand that publicly he wont lick their boots as much as he used to.
He can also tow the MAGA line.
And in 4 years, he's youthful but with a few gray hairs. He might have - MIGHT have - some good things under his belt but main thing.........he can credibly straddle the MAGA and the Establishment camps.
Marco can get another turn at bat.
