If someone appears to be repeatedly personal, lean towards patience as they might not mean offense. If you are sure, however, then do not deepen the problem by being negative; instead, simply place them on ignore by clicking the unhappy yellow face to the right of their name.

or C0 young and throwing the dice... thats almost 100% anecdotally from folks I've met....and they go to A&E for everything, which is why A&E's are closing down at a rapid rate, and payers are taking up part of the cost, and everyone sufferes creating medical deserts...

system of perverse incentives....
