Where foreign of course means non-US.
Steadily and not-so-steadily getting cheaper after the election. Use your favorite metric for "cheaper" - PEG, dividend + earnings growth, P/E if you must.
Apparently foreign companies will be even less competitive with American ones thanks to the anticipated new US policies.
