My niece just took the Federal buyout. Her entire department at the US F&W is shutting down.

She and her husband (an energy engineer with dual US/Suisse) are moving to Switzerland in September. Two bright, young hard workers in their prime, saying hasta luego New Mexico, Guten Dag Zurich.
