I'm just asking you to at least keep an open mind that these Jewish elected officials, with Jewish constituents,For the halibut, I looked up the Congressional districts in Michigan, with a Jewish majority. There are none. The highest concentration is in the 14th District: 5.8% Jewish. If 45% of Dem leaning Jews question Israel's policies, and 80% of Dems in general question Israel's policies, how should a congressman or Senator represent them?

Very prominent in Michigan politics for years. Carl Levin was a Senator, for decades. Sander Levin was in the House, for decades. On Sander's retirement, his son, Andy, won the seat.
Michigan lost a seat, following the latest census, so Levin was pitted against Stevens. I'll post the Wiki entry about what went down in the Dem primary for that district.
In the 2022 Democratic primary, Levin lost to fellow incumbent Democrat Haley Stevens. As a result of redistricting, Michigan had lost a seat in the House of Representatives, which resulted in Stevens' and Levin's districts being combined, with the new district contained more of Stevens' original voters.[28]
Although Levin was president of his synagogue when he ran for Congress, and supported the Jewish right to self-determination in Israel, he was opposed by the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), which provided $4.5 million for a negative advertising campaign against his candidacy. Levin retorted, "AIPAC can’t stand the idea that I am the clearest, strongest Jewish voice in Congress standing for a simple proposition: that there is no way to have a secure, democratic homeland for the Jewish people unless we achieve the political and human rights of the Palestinian people.en.wikipedia.org - Andy LevinLevin was buried by AIPAC, because he had the nerve to speak up for Pal rights.
