Little Rocket man could do the dirty work keeping Putin's hands clean(er). I checked and the range required is around 5,000 miles which I think is well within Kims tested capability. Would the US risk any sort of direct action on the Norks what with them sharing a border with the Chicoms? I doubt Trump would go for that.

Mercenary troops. Rockets. We'd contemplate whether direct action would have the desired effect, and the international perception.
