https://www.dea.gov/resources/facts-about-fentanyl, 1 kilo of fentanyl has the potential to kill 500,000 people. That means 3,400 kilos can kill 1,700 million people. That's 5 times the total population of the U.S.
Of course, it's idiotic to suppose that just because a given amount of fentanyl COULD kill X number of people, doesn't mean that all those people were actually saved by removing that fentanyl!
