Trump Administration Again Asks Supreme Court to Allow Mail Voting Restrictions

Lawyers for the administration urged the justices to allow the rules to immediately go into effect while the court considers the application, changing the way the U.S. Postal Service handles mail-in ballots weeks before the midterm elections.

Or will it be another 5-4 decision favoring Trump with Roberts able to pretend he was opposed.

I cannot believe they will go along with Trump on this brazen attempt to interfere in free and fair elections. There is absolutely no basis on which to oppose mail in voting.

This would just sow chaos in the mid-term elections and accomplish nothing positive.

If this far right dominated SCOTUS will "allow the rules to immediately go into effect while the court considers the application" it will be another indication that they will not refuse their very special boy anything.
