...no tangible citizen action against russian war until this is depleted and ethnic russian urban stock tapped...the unfled.

You mean like when the US ended the college draft deferment, and middle class white sons became cannon fodder in 'Nam? That was in the fall of 71. A war that had gone on for years, ended pretty quickly. The draft ended in January 73, as no more cannon fodder was needed.
