Yes, you are. You're making the same mistake you all made on the last "bipartisan" border bill: That it would be acceptable to any Republican besides James Lankford.

Again, that doesn't mean that Dianne Feinstein killed the agreement. You keep trying to pivot, but that's the point where you're wrong. Feinstein didn't kill the agreement. She supported the agreement. Just like you'd be wrong if you suggested that James Lankford killed the other bill, you're wrong when you say Feinstein killed this agreement.
