"BS felonies"??

Impeachments can be politically motivated as they are conducted by politicians.

It's much harder to say that about a jury trial. The defense has counsel (and he can afford a good one), is able to screen (and reject) potential jurors, and you never know what judge will preside until he/she is assigned. You really can't rig it. That's not to say that mistakes can't be made, but he had as good -or better- of a chance than any of us middle-class (or poor) people would have had. It's preposterous to say it was in any way bogus.
