To steer the topics to Berkshire, simply post about Berkshire - the same great analysts are here (regardless of their world view, and in fact the differing world view is a large part of why people like to come here (in the context of value investing) - to have out of the box thinking on their own investment business/environment assumptions.) It is Berkshire that unifies readers here, so if in doubt, post something related to value investing or Berkshire and watch what happens.

Though, I haven’t had to moderate lately as, other than gravitating toward non-interference as the default, the culture is so civilized, in context of the stronger emotions with recent threads — proving that this place is one of a kind.

We definitely like business with durable earnings but we like communies with durable civility also; both are hard to find (and definitely recommended to hang onto for the long haul).
