one unique take, where i give flatt benefit-of-doubt.
he claims the demand for utility compute will be far below gains in efficiency, and optimistic guesses on spending for tangibles.
this is very broad, and makes no claims on % use for AI, or who chip\LLM winners are.
but it does seem to depend on the right mix of compute resources.

if flatt is correct, recent tech sector capex cuts and data center pushbacks make it more likely.
