Note: The wording was "this guy's company". He owns 100% of the company, is 96 years old and continues to lead the company.

Car dealerships, grocery stores, media properties and other operations with high ROE characteristics.

The podcast link below is a great piece on the adapting and succeeding steps Pattison has made over the years.

At any rate, this is the type of company Berkshire can easily buy and Pattison sounds like the kind of person who could similarly easily make the deal when ready.
