OPEC volunteers to raise oil production.

That can't be good for domestic oil producers. I imagine they'll be cutting back, don't think they can compete on price with OPEC ( I know next to nothing about it ). That could lead to job cuts in the domestic oil patch.

But average American gonna luv lower oil
prices.
