there are now extra fees on american exports !
e.g., not sure it's limited to chinese ships, but if an empty one shows up willing to pay a decent price to americans and help balance trade, trump is charging port fees to leave.

am guessing this genius idea came from early checkout charges at don's moldy bankrupt casinos where even the bottled water was off-color. junk fees fine, just let me out of this shi+h0le !
