1) physically replicated, apparently, not a swappy one.
2) TER 0.2% is good by euro standards.
3) Luxembourg domicile rather than Ireland, mostly not an issue except that 5-6% of the fund is US stocks (liquidity?). Slight teeny drag there (+15% of 6%; 30% vs 15%) on US divis.
4) I think there's an accumulator version MEEQ if you don't like getting divis.
