I guess I'd invert the question. You have money to invest. What investment has the best prospects given your situation?
Seen that way, there is no rule that says one has to invest in the US, nor need it be anyone's default. It's not necessary for anyone to be invested in the US to get a good return. The question doesn't need answering.
Not many people know that, for example, boring old European bank stocks have outperformed US megacap tech stocks since 2022.
And there's no need to cherry pick an industry: FEZ (an ETF tracking the Eurostoxx 50) has nicely beat the average S&P 500 stock handily in the last 5 years, with fewer signs of price performance relying too much on multiple expansion.
