It is most certainly a slur. Thing is, this just makes that Nobody from North Dakota
more popular in MAGA'Ville. No accident that he has no fear of making a public slur
toward Obama. Somebody on X-shitter should reply to him and call Trump an Orange-Orangutan,
and even the slur count out.

Up is Down in MAGA world, dude probably guaranteed being reelected in ND with that tweet.

( have spent a few days in ND, Teddy Roosevelt NP, loved it. I'm sure they're not all like him )
