Democratic leaders are attempting to put together a strategy of filing lawsuits on any number of fronts where Trump and Elon are clearly breaking the law.

They’ve won temporary restraining orders and those are victories of sorts. There will be many more, and that is a good thing as well.

But what happens when Trump and Elon refuse to be restrained, as evidence is starting to reveal.

They need to have that strategy ready to go,
