anywayz, i expected a lively debate on this , ahem, unbiased board.
the recent deal on homebuilder was certainly at a premium, but this is not the scale i am contemplating.
and as said, i mean premium outside of distress.
my expectation of greg as an operator is much higher than expected of warren, and greg will sweat whatever he has. if a major swoon hits BH when warren fully exits, its an add for me.
