Warren Buffett has not traded minor swings in the market in size as long as I have been watching him, and I seriously doubt he is doing so now. The Dow was at 45k at the beginning of February, and right now futures are pointing to an opening of 37.5k or only a 16.7% pullback. Rebuilding positions at this level would barely cover the costs associated with exiting them.
If he thought this was only a short term dislocation, he would not have sold in the way he did.
