Imagine when this bill starts to take effect and random high school officials start making 16-year-old girls expose themself in order to compete. That's going to go over well with parents of those 16 year old girls don't you think?

You could just show a birth certificate indicating you were female at birth. No Genitalia-gazing needed.

Indeed genitalia-gazing wouldn't work to decide if the kid has had bottom surgery.

I think your bias may be blinding you.
