Yes, but I could agree with the later treaties since the affected parties actually signed treaties. I believe those only affect part of their overall border. The rest should be as established when the state of Israel was created.
I don't see Israel agreeing to that without motivation. Right now, they hide behind the US like a nerd in school hiding behind the school's defensive tackle. Nobody messes with them too much because we're here (no offense to the IDF...they are very skilled). If we remove ourselves from that position, maybe Israel will learn and be motivated to give a little (diplomatically) for their own security.
