And how else could one hedge against possible bad things?
I used to think U.S. treasuries were a pretty good defensive position (along with options on equities).
I'm about half in treasuries and half in equities at the moment, with some puts thrown on top.
Oh yeah, I sold some puts the other day too, the return is good and in worst case I figure the cockroaches who are left will still use Microsoft products.
