I would appreciate some advice about selling a car as a private party. I have done it many times, but there are always new things to learn. I will sell 2 cars soon.

I have 3 conditions that the buyer must agree to before we shake hands on the sale:

1. Cash only.
2. The sale agreement expires after 7 days. On day 8, the car goes back on sale to someone else.
3. The buyer must accompany me to the local AAA office and sign the title into their name.

Are there any other conditions that I should add?
