As a result, Russia has shifted focus in Europe, adopting the tactics of sabotage- using Moscow supported/directed groups to plant explosives in an effort to damage war material bound for Ukraine, as well as undermine support for Ukraine in Europe by bringing the war home to Europeans.
Attending this shift in tactics is a renewed Russian effort of propaganda, intended to strengthen the hand of right wing, nationalists groups in Europe that oppose assisting Ukraine.
