And that's why you should start taking Social Security at 62.

A lot of us need to factor in ACA tax credits. Increasing income can have a shocking effect on health insurance cost.

I’m not there yet so it’s moot for me. However, just an example, if our MAGI goes $1 over $154,720 this year our health insurance cost goes up by over $20k. It’s a stupid system.
